for nearly a decade, wendy worked as a consultant for Kitchen Consultants as a product demonstrator...over time, she has conducted multiple product and food demos at all sorts of venues, from on-stage cooking at the Southern Women's Show to the Vollmer Farm, a fun agri-tourism farm where she's hosted tomato tastings, blueberry days, strawberry days and other fun stuff!

one of the premier personal chefs in the Raleigh/Triangle market, wendy also created the Personal Chefs Network, one of the only professional associations in the world training those wishing to become a PC... during her tenure at PCN, she authored "The Making Of A Personal Chef"©, a fifteen-chapter training manual, moderated seventeen online forums, was editor of membership newsletter, negotiated advertising, orchestrated local, state and national events, conducted seminars at annual conventions and provided daily support to members while marketing to and recruiting new members ~ the company was recently acquired by industry-leader, The United States Personal Chef Association.
