again, recently to cater our daughter's graduation from UNC. She is very customer-focused, creative and eager to create a wonderful experience for everyone. Being new to the area, we wanted food and beverages for our wedding to be "local" and Wendy went out of her way to create a 
truly Eastern North Carolina experience for us - serving everything from her famous crab cakes, to pimento cheese and hush-puppy dippers, to NC-made cider! "Wendy made my 50th birthday party memorable. The food was excellent and so were the decorations. We can highly recommend her pimento cheese and salsas!
